Updating grid from another thread . .

I have data coming off a TCP socket connection on another thread and i am raising events from that thread into the grid for updates . .etc . . are there any issues with that . . do i need some type of invokerequired . begininvoke commands as if i was passing data from another thread onto a standard windows control like a combobox . .

Hi Adam,

You should do a grid.InvokeRequired check before making the call to make sure you are only accessing the grid on the thread that created it. Here is a kb article discussing using InvokeRequired checks.
