I have a chart and I attach to the PrepareStyle event. I am finding that when I use a pie chart the PrepareStyle event is caught, but when using a Line or Bar chart it is not. Then I get an Null Reference error when the cart is calling GetPointItemFont (sorry, may no be exactly the correct function name, it comes when drawing the axis). why would there be a difference between the two? I have previously had the charts working in my solution, however I have changed the way I populate the points. Could you give me any ideas?

Could you please let me know the current version(3.x.x.x) you are using and also send me a small sample which implements your way of populating data points to the ChartSeries? This would help us provide accurate solution.
