I was wondering whether it is possible to have the XPTaskBar use the system colors? Currently it uses a various shades of blue, even when I'm using the Silver color scheme. I suppose I'm looking for support that is closer to what you see in the XP Control Panel. Sean

Sean, This seems to be a bug in the themes support provided by the win32 api. We delegate drawing to the themes apis when themed, as you can see when the Blue color scheme is selected. But, the api seems to always use the blue shade even when the Silver or other scheme is selected. We have reported this to Microsoft and hope to have a fix/workaround soon. Regards, Praveen Ramesh
