Question about hierarchical essential grid

I have two datagrids. One is on my form. The other is on a control user. The fist works (I can expand it). The second doesn’t work. I lost the hierarchical level of my datagrid. Which is the code that makes the + sign appear at the left of the grid ?

Please post sample code how you inititalize that second grid or better a small sample project. This will help us better understand what you are doing.
