essential suit setup problem

First I unzip the install the essential suit to a directory,Then load the setup.exe,an installshiled form load,and then the program has no reaction, wait a minuts,my Win2000 OS halt,how can i solution this problem

The Essential Suite download is a self-extracting executable which will launch the setup.exe for the product. It may be possible that when you extracted the files, not all of the files were extracted. Another possibility is that it was an incomplete download. Please try downloading the file to a blank folder, and then run the executable - clicking "Setup" on the dialog that is loaded.
