The Essential Suite download is a self-extracting executable which will launch the setup.exe for the product. It may be possible that when you extracted the files, not all of the files were extracted. Another possibility is that it was an incomplete download.
Please try downloading the file to a blank folder, and then run the executable - clicking "Setup" on the dialog that is loaded.
