ComboBoxAutoComplete NullReferenceException

Hi, I programmatically create ComboBoxAutoComplete in code. I get NullReferenceException when I assign a populated ArrayList to AutoCompleteControl.DataSource. Why does this happen? How to fix it? I attached the source code for your referece. Thanks & Regards, NJ SetColumnValuesUI_8090.zip
