QueryCellInfo and PrepareViewStyleInfo

I''m using GridBoundDataGrid v.2.1.0.9 and I''m getting a performance hit when QueryCellInfo and PrepareViewStyleInfo are called for every cell quite often (for example when I scroll the grid).

I''ve seen mentioned ways to only go through the querycellinfo once upfront for the 3.x version. Is this possible for v.2.1.0.9? Is there an example of this?

The 3.x sample runs as is in 2.0.5.1 (did not have access to 2.1.0.9) just by swapping out the references.

Thanks. That helped, but what fixed the problem without resorting to that was some basic local caching.
