MultiColumnComboBox Dropdown List Problem

Normally, when there is not enough room for the dropdown list to display beneath the combobox, it displays above it. Sometimes, however, the dropdown list actually displays on top of (not above) the combobox, thus hiding it. If the mouse was used to drop down the list, the list will disappear as soon as the mouse button is released, and the item under the mouse cursor is selected, even though the mouse was not moved off the (hidden) dropdown arrowhead. This behavior is sporadic, but is reproduceable once it happens, and seems to depend on the horizontal location of the form containing the combobox when the dropdown is expanded. Is there any way to prevent this behavior? --Van Baker

Hi Van, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have entered it as Defect #397. I am not aware of a workaround at this time. Regards, Gregory Austin Syncfusion Inc.
