TabOrder problem between controls

Hi,

I have developed some "small" usercontrols which I use inside "bigger"
usercontrols which is laid out on panel.
My problem is that the tab order between my "smaller" usercontrols don't
work properly.

The internal tab order of the "smaller" controls works fine, but its jumping
randomly around on the "bigger" usercontrol (sometimes it works, sometimes
it don't).

I've tried to set the TabIndex property both in the DesignTime and RunTime.

Is this a known problem or does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve
this ?

If I remember correctly, I think the 1.1 framework fixed some issues related to UserControl tab order.

Is there any way of solving this problem without moving to 1.1? We cannot move from 1.0 right now, but need to solve the TAB problem.
