Grid editing question

Dear sir, Our company want to have a data grid control for asp.net that can let the user to editing the cells as like in Excel/Access. To allow the user to press Up/Left/Right/Down button to navigate to the next row/column and edit it. Could the "Essential Grid" can do the same function. Thanks in advance. Best Regards, Jack Tam

Jack, Please take a look at the live demos of our Essential Grid for ASP.Net (WebGrid ) at: http://www.syncfusion.com/products/Demos/ASP.Net/GroupingGrid/samples.htm Take a closer look at the FormEditMode sample in the above page. You will see that the grid by default operated in "Browse mode" where you can move form 1 row to another using the keyboard. Then when you click on it, it goes into "Edit Mode" to edit the row that was clicked on. Once in Edit Mode, you can tab through the cells. Our WebGrid is in beta, so please do let us know if a feature/functionality that you are looking for is missing. Regards, Praveen Ramesh Syncfusion, Inc.

Also, please use our ASP.Net Grid forum for these questions. That will ensure prompt response and will also be helpful for others. Thanks Praveen
