upgrade from 1.6.1.0

Hi,
We are currently using Syncfusion 1.6.1.0 in our product development. Since there are quite a few problems we bump into in that version, we are thinking about upgrade to a higher version. However, we have a product in the field already deployed with 1.6.1.0, so we need to be very cautious about backward compatibility and cost-free deployment. So what is your suggestion on the optimum version we upgrade to? For us any upgrade shall be better cause it might fix some of the problems we experience.

It has been nearly 2 years since version 1.6.1.0 was released (June 2003). Several new features and products have been added to Essential Suite since then. You could upgrade to 1.6.1.8, which was the last 1.6.x version that was released. This version is available for download via Direct-Trac from the Download the latest versions section.

Our applications are using different version of syncfusion suite, such as 1.6.1.0 and 2.0.5.1, now we are planning to upgrade to the newest version, e.g. v3.2. is it possible to do this?
