Just a few things:
Navigate to 'Support Home->Known Issues' of, say the Essential Edit section, then select the first issue - the Description of the issue has the title 'Decscription'... this applies to all issue descriptions of all products I believe.
Navigate to 'Support Home->Known Issues' of the Essentials Tools section and you'll see the main header for the list reading 'Open Issues: Essentail Tools' - your own product misspelt!
