I''m writting an application using C# and I need to put a grid in user form to get data . I mean i need to allow users to enter data through the grid and need to determine the validation role for each column in grid. Some Cells will be able to edit and the others will be just for showing some mathematical Calculations
I reall need a help in this manner

Do you want to use a grid bound to a database, or do you want to use a grid that is not tied to a database?

What do you mean by calculations? Excel-like formulas base on referencing cells (=A1+A2-B4) or Expression Column like formulas like [Col1] * [Col2]?
