Flicker when changing the datasource

When I change the datasource of GridDataBoundGrid many times, it causes flicker on grid. How can I resolve it ?

Try this.

grid.BeginUpdate();
grid.Binder.SuspendBinding();
//change the datasource....
grid.Binder.ResumeBinding();
grid.EndUpdate(); 
grid.Refresh(); //may or may be needed...
