Here is how to reproduce it.
You start with a grid that has no scroll bars and is just about at the limit of the grid in both X and Y. You add an item to the grid causing the vertical scroll bars to be presented. Due to the vertical scroll bar being added the display is now too narrow and needs a horizontal scroll bar. This horizontal scroll bar does not appear.

I tried to see this behavior using 2.1.0.9, but just could not get the right combination. Can you snap a bmp before your type into the AddNewRow, and then after the problem occurs and post them here to here us reproduce this problem? Thanks.
