Based on the details you shared, we have prepared and validated the mentioned issue in the Blazor FileManager using Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio. However, we were unable to replicate the reported issue, and the uploaded image file displays correctly in preview format on our end. For your reference, we have included the FileManager sample with the latest version (20.1.38).
