Styling is not correct when viewed on mobile site

Hi,

As can be seen below when viewing on an iPad browser (Chrome & Safari) in mobile view, the multiselect dropdown styling is incorrect.  Is there a work around or a fix on the way?

Hi Alex,


We have validated the reported query on our end, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the reported issue as per your scenario. We have also shared a sample and video illustration for your reference.


Based on our analysis, we suspect that the issue may be related to a custom CSS style that is overriding the MultiSelect component's existing CSS style. Therefore, we recommend removing any custom CSS applied to the MultiSelect and trying again.


If you continue to experience the issue after following this suggestion, we kindly request that you provide us with additional information about the issue, as mentioned below:


  1. A simple, runnable sample that illustrates the issue you are experiencing (or modify the shared sample as per your scenario).
  2. Issue replication steps.
  3. A video illustration of the issue.
  4. Testing Device model name with OS version.

Hi,


Thanks for the response, we don't have any additional styling and is fine on every other device and browser combination apart from on iPad.    Are you running on an emulator in your video on an actual iPad? As I can see localhost as the host.

Alex, We attempted to reproduce the issue as per your scenario on a (Real-time device) iPad 9th Generation with OS version 16.3.1, but unfortunately, we were unable to replicate it. Additionally, we have provided a video illustration for your reference.


To better assist you, we kindly request that you provide us with more information regarding your scenario:


  1. Could you please provide us with a detailed description of the specific scenario in which you are experiencing the issue?

  2. Kindly inform us of the Syncfusion Package version that you are currently using.

  3. If possible, please provide a runnable sample that demonstrates the issue. Alternatively, you could modify the previously shared sample to reflect your specific scenario.

  4. Please provide the model name of your testing device along with its OS version.

  5. Could you kindly provide us with a video illustration of the issue?


Providing this information will be of great help in enabling us to resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
