Sticky Header is not responsive

When sticky headers are enabled on the data grid, the headers do not redraw when the browser width is changed.  They will only redraw properly when a vertical scroll causes them to be sticky again.  This behaviour can be seen on the demo page itself for sticky headers. https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/datagrid/sticky-header?theme=material

Sorry for the Delay,

We have validate that the problem you reported is not caused by the Blazor grid resizing, but instead it is due to the way your browser is resizing. The browser is not refreshing properly, which is causing the issue. If we try to fix the problem, it may  causes issue in the performance of the grid, but it could also result in additional breaking changes.
