Fluent-Dark Theme issues

I have an issue with the fluent-dark theme. I have attached two images one from Theme Studio and one from my app. Can you advise why the orange settings in theme studio are getting rendered in blue in my app. I have no overriding CSS being used other than the default theme CSS.
