Is there way to recreate the point with line below as it is in the. 89000 point.
I would like to have that look and not a moving tooltip, like a default tooltip position.

Your requirement can be achieved with the help of onMarkerRender callback, annotations, and LineSeries. We have shown the marker at the specific point only, disabled other markers by setting height and width as 0 in the onMarkerRender, and placed the annotation using the point value, and drawing a line using the LineSeries. Then for the axis label customization, we used the axisLabelFormatter callback and customized it as per the requirement. We have attached a sample for your requirement.
