Save DataGrid layout setting.

I want to know that does the grid control allow layout saving and loading?

I mean the column width , height, mappingname etc.

We support serialization in our GridControl and GridGroupingControl, but currently do not support layout serialization for a GridDataBoundGrid. Here is a forum link that has a sample in it that shows how you might do this.
