Direct-Trac: Move closed incidents into a separate list

Hi, In Direct-Trac, my incident list is very long, and most of it is full with closed incidents. I would appreciate if you could move all the closed incidents into a separate list, so I would be able to view them when needed. Thanks, Lizzy

Hi Lizzy, Thank you for this feedback. Please expect this to be updated very shortly. By default, only open incidents will be listed, with an option to display all incidents. Thanks, Trampas
