Do XPMenus work on grids that are nested inside usercontrols?

I have a simple usercontrol with a grid in it ( will be on a tab control )

and i''ve gone through the usual steps of adding a context menu using the xp emnu bits, but it doesn''t work...

anyone know what i''ve missed?

ah turned out to be another problem due to being inside a popup menu handler, see other post...
