If you allow editing of labels and the user also has scrollbars there is an issue if the user scrolls after they have started editing.
Repro:
Set LabelEdit = true
Load enough data to cause the scrollbars to appear
Start editing a node and while in edit mode move the scrollbar.
Result: The textbox for editing stays in the same location while the tree moves below it.

Yes, this seems to be the case. We will add this to the Open Issues Database and the Essential Tools team will look into this problem.
