OnActionCompleted is only firing for "eventCreated", and does not fire for "eventRemoved" or "eventChanged". I have gone back through the resources and I am not finding changes about this event.
I solved the issue. My ID was called AppointmentId in my Appointment object, as soon as I renamed that to Id to match your scheduler object, everything worked fine, create, removed, and changed events.
