Auto number column

Can I add an auto-number column in sfdatagridview? I want to number each row from 1 to n automatically and allocate the next number to a new row.

We suspect that you need to add the column in SfDataGrid like below, this can be achieved by using RowHeader and SfDataGrid.DrawCell event in SfDataGrid. Please refer the below screen shot and UG link,
