Error on ng build while running in 3332 port

I am unable to run the component when it deployed. Working fine when it is on local.

We have already shared a procedure to deploy an angular application in the IIS server with video and it is working fine at our end. Could you please share us more details such as how you have deployed the angular application with screenshot or video.

We dont have base rel='nofollow' href. The sample is like the below
