Delay to open calendar

Clicking the calendar icon to open popup takes about 1 second.

By selecting the desired date, it takes another 1 second to close the calendar popup.

Is there any control for this?

Tested on Chrome and IE11.

We have checked the reported requirement. We have tested the popup opening and closing time in chrome by rendering a simple dataPicker control. It takes less than one second as shown in the video.
