Hello,

While using HtmlToPdfConverter for Asp.net mvc5 we're running into following error on azure web app service and which brings down the whole website.

2019-11-12T11:02:20  PID[5588] Error       6948 11:02:20 ERROR Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.

Exception: Syncfusion.Pdf.PdfException

Message: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.

Can you please investigate and provide a fix?

Hi Kalpesh, 

Thank you for using Syncfusion products. 

We have tried to reproduce the reported issue, but it is working properly. We have tested the conversion in published Azure service with thousands of requests and it is generating the PDF documents without any exception. We have also tried different size of HTML files, still we were not able to reproduce the issue in our end. So, can you please share the following details to reproduce the issue. So, that we can prepare the same environment and same steps to reproduce the exception in our end. 

1. Complete code snippet, input HTML/URL and the conversion process.
2. Azure environment details and published profile details (Region, Size, hosting plans, etc.,).
