We checked the reported issue by preparing a sample with a provided code snippet and details. But we were unable to reproduce the reported issue. Based on the provided stack trace only, we were going to fix the issue and update further details on 6 November 2019.
In the meantime, can you please revert the attached sample to reproduce the reported issue. This will be helpful for us to consider that case also while fixing the issue.

As we updated earlier, we are fixing the issue based on the provided call stack only due to the issue is not reproduced at our side. The fix will be included in our upcoming weekly nuget which is expected to be rolled out on 19th November 2019.
If possible, can you please revert the attached sample of previous update to reproduce the reported issue. This will be helpful for us to consider that case also while fixing the issue.

We have included the possible fixes for the reported issue “IndexOutOfRangeException occurs when trying to access the YValues collection for Bubble series” and the patch for this fix can be downloaded from the following location.
Recommended approach - exe will perform automatic configuration
To automatically run the Assembly Manager, please check the Run assembly manager checkbox option while installing the patch. If this option is unchecked, the patch will replace the assemblies in precompiled assemblies’ folder only. Then, you will have to manually copy and paste them to the preferred location or you will have to run the Syncfusion Assembly Manager application (available from the Syncfusion Dashboard, installed as a shortcut in the Application menu) to re-install assemblies.

Please note that we have created this patch for versions 184.108.40.206 specifically to resolve the issues reported in this forum.
Can you please check the above patch and let us know whether the reported issue has been resolved or not? If not, please revert the attached sample in previous update to reproduce the reported issue. This will be helpful for us to provide a better solution at the earliest.
After your acknowledgement only we have moved this fix to source level because the above issue not reproduced at our end.

Thanks for your update.
We have confirmed that the reported crash issue has resolved with the provided patch. Hence, we will include this fix in our Weekly Nuget release which is expected to be rolled out on December 24,2019.
