[UWP] Incorrect rendering after window resize

Good morning,

i'm using a SfTabView inside a ContentPage and when i resize the window the SfTabView is not resizing correctly.

I found one another bug, if i resize selecting the second SfTabItem, the rendering shows also the content of the first and the third SfTabItems.

Seems a random bug with content rendering/animations.

We have fixed the reported issue. Please find the patch for this below.

Note: Before applying the patch, please clear the cache

Please note that we have created this patch for the version v17.3.0.14 specifically to resolve the issue reported in this. 
 
This fix will be included in our upcoming Volume 3 SP1 release which will be rolled out on first week of November 2019. 
 
Query 2: Resize selecting the second SfTabItem, the rendering shows also the content of the first and the third SfTabItems 
 
It seems to be random issue, we will fix the issue and include the fix in our upcoming Volume 4 release.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. 
 
Since this occurs with random scenarios, the solution needs to be tested with other possible cases. So, we didn't include this fix in our release of Volume 4 2019. We will validate this fix with all possible testing phases and include this in our Volume 4 SP1 2020 release, which is expected to be rolled out by the end of January 2020.
