Before proceeding to your query please provide the following details for better assistance.. 

1. Whether you have bind local data or remote data in Grid ?
2. If it is remote data then share the adaptor type which you have used in Grid.
3. Do you have any customization in filter popup?  If so please share those detail to us.
4. Share the stack trace detail if you face any script error in console.
