I Get Error TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined when running on azure

I can view the gantt chart in my local machine but when I deploy to azure it throws the former TypeError.

Using Angular 8 and "@syncfusion/ej2-angular-gantt": "^17.2.52"

We tested the Gantt sample and we are not able to reproduce the reported issue in our end, please share us the below mentioned details. 

1.       Does this error occurs in all the browsers or in any particular browser. 

2.       Please share us the code snippets or sample. 

3.       Please share us the azure hosted link if possible. 

So that it will be very helpful for us to check in our end and provide you a better solution.
