17.3.0.9 upgrade

After upgrading my project to .net core 3.0 and 17.3.0.9, this is not working anymore.

Why is getElementId not avaliable?

Currently we are not providing the ASP .net core 3.0 support in our Syncfusion components. But we have planned to provide this support on our Vol 3,2019 release, which is expected to be rolled out on first week of October 2019. Please be patience until then.
