How to add a circle image to pdf

I am trying to add a circle image to a pdf. My initial thought was to use the masking capability:

... but this doesn't seem to be available in Xamarin.Forms?

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

At present we do only support for drawing PNG and JPEG images in Xamarin platform and we do not have support to draw the external image masking in Xamarin.Forms. We have added it to our feature request list and it will be available in any of our upcoming release.

As a work-around, I'm clipping images manually with https://github.com/SixLabors/ImageSharp.
