Multiline row

If there a way in which I can have a multiline row for the grid? Please see here. I would like to have a grid with 3 lines for each row like in Twitter. 

The first line will have many details(like datetime, account name etc), the second line will be the text(wrapped) and the third line will be an image(if available)

Is this possible with Syncfusion grid? Please advise.

You can achieve your requirement by using the “Row Template” feature of Grid component. Using this you can define your own template for each Grid rows. Please refer to the below documentation link and online demo link for more information.
