problem when scrolling on mobile devices

hi, 

I'm having an issue with a web page built with many syncfusion components.

After a deploy to a dev server:

- at the browser, everything works great.

- with the chrome dev tools open and the responsive view, in every device works great.

But when I tested from my phone I couldn't scroll the page...

I'm using an acordion, grids, datepickers, multisects and checkboxes syncfusion components (bootstrap4 theme)

We have tried to reproduce the reported behavior with possible cases but the scrolling is working fine at our end. Could you please provide the below details that will be help us to check and provide the prompt solution?   

1.       Issue reproducing sample (If possible) or code example.   

2.       Any issue demonstration video or screenshot.   

3.       Can you please share the details that how you have rendered other components inside EJ2 Grid component or rendered those components separately?   

4.       Mobile device and browser details to check the issue.   

Please get back to us with the above details , that will help us to provide better solution as soon as possible.
