Hello everyone,
So, basically I want to collect all of your arguments against using jQuery in new projects.
Personally I'm against jQuery, since I'm a young developer, who wants to work in an up-to-date workflow. However, the company i work for, and the person responsible for our workflow, insists that we keep using jQuery (and generally other outdated processes).
We primarily make static websites for medium sized customers, so there's probably not really a need for any fancy JS framework, yet - however thinking about the possibilities with ES6, and our personal development - we want to move on!
How do we convince our manager, and our boss, to move away from jQuery?
