Exporting to excel

Hi,

I've an error exporting a treegrid to Excel when the treegrid has a column with a field containing a field path like this

<e-column field='assigned.name' headerText='Asignado' width=100></e-column>

The problem only occurs if the datasource contains an item with the field assigned to null
I don't know if the grid has the same problem

Regards,
Jaume

From your query, we understand that you are facing issue while exporting the TreeGrid with complex data. We have prepared a sample as per your suggestion, but we are not able to reproduce the reported issue at our end. For your convenience we have prepared a sample which can be downloaded from below link

Note: to run the sample use commands, npm i and npm run serve.

After referring the sample, if you are still facing the issue kindly share the following details

  5. Share your Essential studio version.

Hi,

You can reproduce the error in your example setting one Empoloyee to null
It works if Employee not exists or it has an object value but not if is null

Jaume
