  How to turn off the sidebar's toggle function?

Hi Eda, 

 

Greetings from Syncfusion support. 

 

We suspect your requirement is to keep the Sidebar in open state always. By default, the Sidebar is rendered in open state and it can be toggled only using any of the following methods, 

 

1.     By using toggle method. 

2.     By using show/hide method. 

3.     By using hand gestures which expands/collapses the sidebar on swipe in touch devices. By default, this function will be enabled. You can disable it by setting the enableGestures property to false. 

4.     By enabling closeOnDocumentClick property, which closes the sidebar on clicking on the document. 

 

In order to keep the Sidebar in open state always, you need to disable the enableGestures property so that the Sidebar is not closed on swipe in touch devices.  

 

So, can you please ensure the above cases in your application to prevent toggle in the Sidebar control.
