Import Error

Gentlemen, I have the following problem.
I have an error in the import of a word file, you can help me by showing me the correct way to make an import.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We were unable to reproduce the import error in our side. We suspect this issue may occurs due to web service for importing word document is not configures in DocumentEditor. So, please refer to the below KB link for importing word document in Document Editor.
