Greetings from Syncfusion. The reported issue for the chart rendering in SVG mode has been already fixed in v16.4.0.40. You can upgrade to our current version 16.4.0.5,2 else revert us with your current version, so that we could provide the patch in the appropriate version. Also, kindly share us the rendering mode of chart either canvas or svg, this will be helpful in providing the fix sooner.

As stated earlier, the reported issue for the chart rendering in SVG mode has been already fixed in v16.4.0.40.We have tried to replicate the reported issue in both v16.4.0.40 and v16.4.0.42, Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the issue. Currently we have fixed this issue only in svg mode. If you are using canvas mode, then the fix will be available in our upcoming volume 1 main release which is expected to be rolled out at the end of March 2019. Also, if you face still any issue with chart in SVG mode, kindly modify the sample orshare your sample with replication steps else provide your sample, this will be more helpful for further analysis and provide you the solution sooner.
