I have modified the EditControl context menu by adding a few custom menu options. No problem there. One of my options uses F5. So I removed the insert current date option. When I hit F5 it still inserts the current date. How do I get it to use my menu option instead? Thanks for your help.

Have you taken a look at this Essential Edit Knowledgebase Article which shows how you can remove Essential Edit Keyboard shortcut(s) from the context menu.
