Validation problem

Hello,

Since 2013 (approximately) that I am registered in Syncfusion and I have the community license. I am single developer. But now, when I have tried to download an updated version and/or unlock key from your web I can not do it, it requires an account with Xing or Linkedin:

"Please validate your account using your LinkedIn or XING profiles to continue using the community license. You will be able to access all downloads as soon as you complete this one-time validation."

But I do not have an account on these social networks! Is there no other validation process?
