Qtp row count method not workin

I have syncfusion addin installed and the data grid is getting identified properly. 

But when I am trying to use the row count or column count method, I get an error as method is not.supported by object.

This method is available in the supported method and also given UFT intelligence. 

Please advise.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

 

We can reproduce the reported “Not support exception for RowCount and ColumnCount properties” from our end. We have logged bug report for this and the fix will be available in 2018 Volume 4 Service Pack 1 release which is expected to be available by end of January 2019.
