iOS Circular progress does not render correctly with StartAngle - EndAngle specified

I created the progress bar as shown in xaml below. On Android the value correctly animates from the half circle clockwise from 0 to 100. However, on iOS it does not render correctly. The bar does not appear to animate, and the value clamps at an arbitrary angle (and is always green). If you remove the line beginning with "StartAngle(...)"... from the xaml - the control renders and animates properly on iOS, but it is (of course) a full circle which is not the desired effect. Also, the track width does not appear to be respected on ios.  This is with 16.3.0.36 NuGet for the progress bar and using Xamarin.Forms version 3.3.0.012540
