Accept and decline command binding property

I think it's necessary to put binding properties for the commands. Thanks.

Currently we can use the commands in code behind as the below KB link and we don’t have support for binding accept and decline commands. We have logged the feature request the same and this feature will be included in 2018 Volume 4 main release which is scheduled to be rolled out by the mid of December 2018. We appreciate your patience until then.
