Cant doanload from PDF-Viewer

Hi there,

I did some annotations and signing on the PDF-Viewer Online-Demo.
But when I try do download the file, nothing happens. So I open F12 and what this message:

Its the same with the local-demo.

We regret that we could not reproduce the reported issue ”download is not working on adding annotation and signature in PDF Viewer control” with the provided details. We have tried to reproduce the issue by using the MVC online demo ,Kindly refer the video below.

Kindly share us the more details for reproducing the issue and the below machine details.  

1)      OS  

2)      Bit version  

3)      Culture setting.  

So that it will be helpful for us to investigate further and to provide appropriate solution in this.
