Date Time Format

Hi, I have a trouble when i'm using DateTime control as a parameter. When my report opens first time the DateTime pickers are the correct format. But when i click the refresh button they turn an incorrect format. 

Before the refresh button it appears : 1.9.2017 - 7.9.2017 
After the refresh button it appears    : 9.1.2017 - 9.7.2017

How can i solve this situation? Please help me.
