I am looking to embed a chart (using web socket) to display data from Azure IoT - via a dashboard designer. I see vary data sources, but is there is one for Azure IoT? or can we build a custom one using websockets to be added to the dashboard?

Azure IoT Hub offers Rest APIs to send an HTTP request and receive an HTTP response. We can connect your Azure IoT Hub with our dashboard designer application through RESTful Web services. For this we have to use web data source connection type from our application. Kindly refer to the below link to know more about connecting to RESTful web services with our dashboard application.
